The Buzzed Site is owned and operated by Buzzed Technology. (the "Site Owner"), which owns or has licensed all the material on this Site.

PERMITTED USE
Simple really, No Pornography, No Swearing, No Litigious comments - in short - common sense rules apply. Use of the Site is made available for your personal use. You may use the service to produce a commercial wapsite providing the traffic attracted by that site does not adversely affect the other sites on the service.  You may not take the results or data obtained from the Site and alter, distribute or display them in any form or in any manner. You may not send automated queries of any sort to the Site. Note that "sending automated queries" includes, among other things, using "spiders", "scripts", "offline readers", or third-party software interfaces to the Site.

GRANT OF LICENSE
Any data or information downloaded or obtained by you from the Site, including, without limitation, any lists, files or images (collectively, the "Content") is licensed to you for your exclusive use by the Site Owner. Downloading the Content does not transfer title to the Content, or any intellectual property rights therein, to you. You may not redistribute, sell, recompile, or otherwise disseminate the Content. The design or layout of this web site is protected by International law and other intellectual property proprietary rights and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.

LIMITATIONS
Buzzed is owned and operated independently of any mobile network operator. All efforts are made to ensure that the service offered is available to all networks, but limitations (outside of our control) may be imposed by some operators. Buzzed, it's owners and operators will not be held responsible for loss of revenue or damages of any kind resulting from the use of the Buzzed service. People operating sites on the Buzzed server do so at their own risk. We reserve the right to alter or suspend the service, individuals or individual member sites at any time and for any reason, without explanation or the provision of remedy for such removal.

RECEIVING EMAIL FROM THE SITE OWNER
Members using the Buzzed facilities agree to accept email messages from the Site Owner as part of their free service. The Site Owner will use email to inform members of new membership benefits and features, problems at the Site, and to provide statistics about how many people are visiting their wapsite (counters). In addition, the owner may attach to such messages information on products and services that the owner thinks may interest the member. Those wishing not to receive such messages may remove their free wapsite at any time.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND DAMAGES
THE SITE OWNER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW THE SITE IS DELIVERED "AS IS." THE WARRANTY STATED HEREIN IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, CORRECTNESS, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SUCH WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY THE SITE OWNER WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE AND THE CONTENT.

THE SITE OWNER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT OR FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, OMISSIONS, DEFECTS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER DAMAGING ELEMENTS, OR THAT THE SITE OWNER WILL CORRECT ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR DEFECTS. IN NO EVENT WILL THE SITE OWNER OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF THE SITE OWNER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL LIABILITY OF THE SITE OWNER OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, OR PURCHASING OR DOWNLOADING THE SITE OWNER'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THIS SITE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. The Site Owner reserves the right to cancel any member's account without prior notice for any reason, including, but not limited to if, in the Site Owner's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site, copies and related documentation thereof.

The Site Owner reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By using the services and/or the Content at the Site, you signify your agreement to the Terms of Use in effect at such time.
